Upon providing correct details, you will be taken to the next step.
Step 5: of the process involves choosing a method to generate password. You need to choose the third option, which is Generate Password via ‘Credit Card details’ and click on ‘Continue’.
Step 6:You now need to enter your credit card number, expiry date, CVV, and card PIN in the required fields before clicking on ‘Continue’.
Step 7:You will now reach the last step, where you need to enter a new password of your choice. As per the instructions provided on the page, choose a 6-character password and enter the same in the corresponding field. Re-enter the same and click on ‘Submit’
Step 8:The screen will then display a message ‘Your password has been reset’. You will also receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and e-mail ID which should be combined with your six-character password to create a new password for your account.
Once you receive the OTP, go to kotak netbanking main page, enter your CRN and in the password field enter the 12-character new password, the 6-character password chosen by you and the 6-character OTP received on your mobile, and click on ‘Secure Login’. Once you login to your account, you will be asked to change your password. You can then change the 12-character password with the one of your choice. Once your password is changed, you can use the CRN and the changed password to login to your kotak netbanking account the next time.
